Temperatures outside are dropping, afternoons grow dim as days shorten and the evening air is crisp with the smell of earth and leaves. Our meals have grown heartier, from gazpacho and the outdoor grill to stews and sensuous roasts. Fall has arrived and nowhere is that more apparent than here in Sleepy Hollow. As much as we enjoy this time of year, we appreciate that it is fleeting. The holidays are right around the corner and that makes us quite giddy.  It’s a time meant for family and friends, laughter, joy and the spirit of giving. Of course, all of this should be enjoyed with a full glass.
